Items are shipped within 7 business days of order for most orders by USPS Priority Mail 2-3 business day delivery for United States Customers & USPS Priority Mail 6-10 business day delivery for Canada Customers, unless otherwise stated processing time voided during December Holiday Season, Valentine’s Day. Confirmation, and tracking numbers will be provided with all shipping.  

If you need your package by a particular date, within the same week of ordering, please consider using USPS Express Mail. USPS Express Mailing next day delivery is available for additional charge. Amount of additional charge depends on order destination. Please contact via email for price adjustment.

We ship all items using USPS where there is no regular mail delivery/pickup or retail services on Postal holidays

Lost / Missing Packages: We are not responsible for any lost / missing packages. If you item is lost / missing in the mail, contact us {link to our email, theZenSucculent@gmail.com] and we will help as much as possible to locate it.

We are more than glad to provide special gift messages for all orders. Just simply add your message into the "Note from Buyer" section before submitting order.  In addition, for all purchases not addressed/directly mailed to buyer, we WILL not include receipt, unless otherwise requested to. This is to allow your gift price to stay secret from the gift receiver. 

We will do our very best to provide the plants pictured in your arrangement when purchased. However, in rare occasions, due to seasons and limited variety, we cannot guarantee the same plants but only equally beautiful and healthy plants (size, color, shape etc. may differ).

We do not / will not provide refunds on any order placed, no exceptions after shipment.

Exchanges are only expected if your packages contents arrive damaged (i.e. glass damage or plant damage). We put the utmost care and consideration into arranging all of our items and packaging them carefully to better ensure quality arrival. We look at all cases individually and strive to satisfy our customers. 

 If your arrangements are damaged upon delivery please notify us within 3 business days of delivery - please send email to theZenSucculent@gmail.com with the subject line to include “Damaged theZenSucculent.com Order” along with your order confirmation number. In the email, provide the following so we can process your request as soon as possible: name of purchaser, email address, order confirmation number, date of purchase, date of delivery, damaged Item, brief description of damage, and picture of damaged Item.  

Upon successful review, we will began a short insurance process to replace your damaged item(s). We WILL NOT ship out damaged items until customer completes short insurance form sent by us to your email. 

Please note: If you are waiting for a replacement glass (after getting into contact with us regarding your glass) please make sure to take care of your plants and water them. We are NOT responsible for your plants upon safe delivery and WILL NOT replace plants.

We only replace plants when a package is reported and verified as missing or lost in the delivery process after mailing.
